With our Covid-19 Emergency Response, as of 18th June ’21, we have helped 1,31,677 people: 3,964 persons were leprosy-affected; 11,539 persons guided on Covid-19 appropriate behaviour; 2,248 for Vaccination; 75 persons helped with hospital admission Oxygen & ICU beds; 11 persons provided contacts for Ambulance; 42 persons provided contacts for Oxygen; and 15 persons provided contacts for purchase of lifesaving medications.

Assessment Camp for disabilities persons

Assessment Camp was organised for persons with disabilities at Jeevan Deep kusht Ashram, R.K Puram in collaboration with Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya National Institute of persons with physical disabilities, ITO, New Delhi, and stationery support provided by CIP Centre for India Progressing (CIP), Noida.

Purpose of the camp was to provide assistive devices to persons affected by leprosy and to promote education.

‘Forgotten Communities- Leprosy Affected’

Mr. Arun Kumar from #NLR India delivered lecture on ‘Forgotten Communities-Leprosy Affected’ at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

The students are graduates in engineering and planning, studying the Regional and Urban planning. The motive of the meeting was to aware them about leprosy disease and problems of persons affected so that they can be involved in the development plan.
